Fees
Fees are determined according to a convention between the attorney and his client (Law n° 2015-990 of August 6th 2015).
After the initial contact, you will be given, most of the time, an appointment at Épône, in consideration to a bill of 160 euros TTC, regardless the length of that appointment.
We also can move within Paris, Lyon or Marseille if needed.
That initial appointment is aimed to take note of the relevant information, to set out the main guidelines that your situation suggests.
In accordance with French law, fees are determined according to a convention. That convention provides that fees are determined according to time spent, or according to a fixed amount or according to a subscription for the provision of day-to-day assistance on certain matters.
In accordance with rules and regulations of attorneys in France, fees are determined according to various criteria:
A contingency or success fee may be a lump-sum amount or an amount proportionate to the amount of financial interest at stake.
Costs and disbursements incurred on behalf of a client are entitled to reimbursements.
Fees are invoiced at regular intervals.
At the end of an intervention, a detailed final invoice is established.
In the event of a change in the assignment, fees are determined under the same conditions set forth in our prior convention unless there is a new agreement.
