Educational and professional background

I am graduated from Aix-Marseille III university and Jean-Moulin Lyon III university, in business law and in tax law.

I passed the professional bar examination certificate at Haute école des avocats conseils (HEDAC) related to Versailles Bar.

After initial experience at Lyon, Marseille and Paris, I set up my own law firm in order to dedicate myself to my own activities and to develop trust and closeness with my clients.

Areas of expertise

I am involved in all areas of tax advice and litigation.

I intervene mainly with businesses and individuals, among them, entrepreneurs, residing in French or abroad, namely in the reorganization and the transfer of their personal assets or companies.

I provide for people related to the professional sports sector, advice in tax matters and in related issues.

I am involved in significant litigation activity, mainly in assisting and representing my clients from the beginning of tax audit and in dispute with tax authorities.

I work both in French and English.

Approach

I have educational backgrounds in business law at Aix-Marseille III university, and in tax law at Jean-Moulin Lyon III university, I have knowledge in finance corporation. Thus, I have a multidisciplinary approach which is a guarantee of a broad-based vision of problems, and a guarantee of an efficient advice.
